Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of used merchandise. However, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase within the first 30 days of receipt, we will gladly refund your purchase price, less shipping charges, as long as the item is in new condition and accompanied by the original packaging.
If the product you ordered is not in stock, or is back-ordered, a member of our staff will contact you within one business day by phone and email to notify you of the new estimated delivery date. It will then be your choice as to receive the order at the new date, or cancel the order with no penalties or restocking fees.
Ground shipping is free for all items, no matter how many you buy or how large or small your order. We are currently evaluating a 2 day shipping plan for our customers who want our items quicker. We normally ship all in stock items within 2 business days from the time your order is received. Orders are usually shipped via UPS, Fed-X or DHL, and in most cases, delivery averages 5-10 business days from the day that the order was placed. We strive to have your order to you within as little time as possible though.
UPS, FedEx, and DHL will not ship to PO Box or APO addresses.
If an item is damaged upon receipt, simply email or call our Customer Service Center for assistance. In many cases, a new item will be shipped to you immediately with a return label included to send back the defective product. With some products a second charge will be assessed to your credit card and then reversed once the defective item is received.
